Privacy Policy

This policy explains how we process personal information when you use the Loyalance website and platform.

Last updated: 8 September 2026

1. Data controller

Loyalance is the data controller for the platform covered by this policy. Privacy requests may be sent to info@loyalance.com. For end-user data entered by business customers into their own loyalty programs, that business may act as controller and Loyalance as its service provider/processor.

2. Information we collect

We may process account and contact details; business profiles and user roles; customer and loyalty data; sales, reservation and Wallet activity; device, IP address, browser, audit and security logs; support communications; payment status and Paddle transaction identifiers. Loyalance does not store full payment-card details; the payment provider processes them.

3. How we use information

We use information to create and verify accounts, provide the service, deliver Wallet passes and notifications, manage transactions and reservations, provide support, protect security and prevent fraud, meet legal duties and, where permitted, improve the product.

4. Legal bases

Where applicable, processing relies on performance of a contract, legal obligations, legitimate interests such as security and service improvement, or your consent. You may withdraw consent for future processing where consent is the basis.

5. Service providers

Where necessary, information may be shared with Paddle for payment and tax, Zoho Mail for email, Apple and Google for Wallet, Google Analytics for website analytics, hosting and infrastructure providers, and competent authorities where required by law. Providers receive only the access needed to perform their service.

6. Cookies and analytics

The website uses functional storage and security technologies. Google Analytics may measure visit and device information. You can manage cookies in your browser; cookies strictly necessary for a requested feature may not be disabled through the service.

7. Retention and security

We retain information for as long as needed for service, contract, audit, tax, dispute and security purposes, then delete or anonymize it. We apply appropriate measures including access controls, encrypted transmission, audit logging and backups.

8. International transfers

Provider infrastructure may process information outside your country. Where required, we use standard contractual clauses or another lawful transfer safeguard.

9. Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability or withdrawal of consent. Send requests to info@loyalance.com. We may need to verify your identity for security.

10. Changes and contact

We will publish an updated date here and provide an appropriate notice for material changes. Contact info@loyalance.com or +994515305069 with privacy questions.
