Terms and Conditions

These Terms govern your access to and use of the Loyalance business platform, digital Wallet, CRM, sales, reservation and related services.

Last updated: 8 September 2026

1. Parties and acceptance

These Terms are an agreement between you and the service provider whose legal and trading name is Loyalance. By creating an account, purchasing access or using the platform, you accept these Terms. A person opening a business account must be at least 18 and authorized to bind that business.

2. Scope of the service

Loyalance provides business tools for loyalty programs, Apple Wallet and Google Wallet passes, CRM, analytics, products and services, reservations, notifications, roles and API access. Available modules depend on your plan and Business Setup choices. Third-party Wallet and payment services remain subject to their own terms.

3. Accounts and security

Registration information must be accurate and current. You are responsible for credentials, user roles and activity performed through your account. Notify info@loyalance.com promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Plans, trial and payment

The current plan, price, currency, tax and billing period are shown before purchase. Any free trial is disclosed on the registration or pricing page. Payments may be processed by Paddle as merchant of record; checkout, invoicing, tax and payment-data processing are then also subject to Paddle's terms. Automatic renewal applies only when it is clearly shown at checkout and accepted by you.

5. Acceptable use

You may use the platform only for lawful business activity. Fraudulent transactions, spam, unauthorized marketing, malicious code, bypassing security, unlawful collection of personal data and infringement of third-party rights are prohibited. Your business is responsible for the legal basis and consents required for its customer data.

6. Business content and customer data

You retain your rights in content and customer data submitted to the platform. You permit us to process that data only as needed to provide, secure, deliver and support the service. You are responsible for keeping your loyalty-program rules and customer terms accurate.

7. Intellectual property

All rights in the Loyalance software, design system, brand assets and documentation belong to Loyalance or the relevant rights holder. You receive a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the service internally while your access is active.

8. Availability and changes

We take reasonable steps to keep the service available and secure but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may change for maintenance, security, legal or third-party requirements. We will communicate material changes through an appropriate channel.

9. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or suspend access for a breach, security risk, unlawful activity or overdue payment. Account deletion remains subject to applicable legal, accounting and security retention duties. Refunds are governed by the separate Refund Policy.

10. Liability and contact

To the extent permitted by mandatory law, we are not liable for indirect loss, lost profit or interruption of third-party services. Rights and liabilities that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected. Contact info@loyalance.com or +994515305069 with questions.
